Resolved - Our upstream carriers report that this issues has been resolved. We will performing a retrospective and will share any findings/actions if appropriate.

Monitoring - We are no longer seeing call issues from the upstream provider. In total, about 5% of call were affected. We will continue monitoring the platform and look to close this incident once we are happy that the problem has been resolved. All systems are however now operational.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We are observing intermittent voice issues from our upstream provider, resulting in a degraded call experience in the Spoke app for some users and only for some of their calls.

For instance, the hold button may not work while on a call, if you attempt to make a call it may not work the first time, etc.

We are currently investigating and monitoring this issue and will update as we hear more from the provider.
